These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and the online services Penthertz operates on it. By using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our sales are governed separately by our Terms & Conditions of Sale, and the processing of personal data by our Privacy Policy.
1. The website
The site presents Penthertz, its services, trainings, products and research. We try to keep it available and up to date but provide it “as is”: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or circumvent its security or authentication measures, without our prior written authorisation; interfere with or disrupt the site, for example by overloading it, scraping it at scale or introducing malicious code; or use the site to infringe the rights of others or to break the law. Security testing of Penthertz’s own assets is welcome under our coordinated disclosure policy.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. Your credentials are personal to you and must not be shared; an account detected as shared, or used from several places at once, may be suspended immediately. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaches these Terms.

If you submit any content through the site, you warrant that you have the right to do so and that it is lawful. You grant Penthertz the right to host and display it for the purpose of operating the relevant feature. We may moderate, edit or remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

The site and its content (texts, graphics, logos, and the Penthertz name and marks) are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of Penthertz or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent, except for the open-source projects we publish, which are governed by their own licences.

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Penthertz is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content, which is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. The French version prevails.
