Penthertz SAS, 32 rue de Paris, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, is a training organisation registered under declaration number 11788588278 with the Île-de-France regional prefect. This registration does not constitute State approval. Our live courses, on site or in a virtual classroom, are training actions within the meaning of article L. 6313-1 of the French Labour Code.
The Hackademy self-paced online courses (hackademy.penthertz.com) are content products with time-limited access. They are not training actions: no trainer, no assessment, no end-of-training certificate; they are not eligible for professional training funding schemes (OPCO, CPF).
Accessibility and disability
Our courses are accessible to people with disabilities. Before registering, contact our disability officer to study the adaptations we can put in place (pace, materials, extended access to session recordings, technical or organisational arrangements), ideally 15 days before the session:

For on-site sessions, the accessibility of the venue is checked before the first session held there. For virtual classrooms, materials are provided as readable PDF files, captions can be enabled in the video tool, and recordings are made available after the session.

Complaints
Any complaint about a training course can be sent to [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt within five working days and give a reasoned reply within fifteen working days.
Consumer mediation: if no agreement is reached after a written complaint, individual customers may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Penthertz, CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net.
